"Gigi regulary spoils us with a piece of perfection. It as if he reminds us, that like a fine wine which should be drunk on its own, from time to time we should treat ourselves to his solos.

During one and a quarter hours Gigi pays homage to the Nijinsky myth by taking us through his memories and offering to us yet again, proof of his enormous talent. At the beginning there is a dream of "Prélude à l'Après midi d'un Faune" in which all the fantasies about this mythical dancer come together in one role. Then Gigi stops and speaks. Or rather speaks to him, the other, to him, Nijinsky. Gigi offers to Nijinsky his memories and his first experiences and at the same time the photographs of Baron de Meyer are presented to us. Through our culture, and the dancer on stage.
