The Gigi Caciuleanu Company was created on 8 September 1993.

Management is assured by Gigi Caciuleanu and Dan Mastacan - inseparable colleagues since the beginning. They have succeeded in creating a company which not only can tour world-wide but can during the tour provide workshops, classes, educational activities etc...

The ideology of the company provides a unique experience for audiences and students alike. Gigi is teacher and dancer and his diversity has allowed the company to present performances from Paris to Tokyo, from New York to the Bolshoi of Moscow.

Pierre Cardin, designer and patron of the arts, is the president of the company and has chosen several productions of the company to provide a cultural illustration of French contemporary dance to the world.

The tours in France and throughout the world have earned the company a solid reputation for artistic quality and the press in particular has recognised the originality of the company's style and creative performances.
